In addition to the pre-recorded sessions, the platform provides live workout options weekly to support your fitness journey and help you stay focused on your goals.

The available workouts cover a variety of disciplines, including Pilates (mat and reformer), Cardio Sculpt, Barre, Strength training, and Yoga. These routines prioritize correct form, ensuring a fulfilling workout experience that rejuvenates your body.

Live sessions are particularly beneficial for fine-tuning your technique, maintaining consistency in your routine, and fostering a sense of community through synchronized workouts.

To unlock all features and content, users can opt for a monthly or yearly subscription to Jeni DelPozo Fitness. The subscription conveniently auto-renews from within the app, with pricing subject to regional variations disclosed during the purchase process. Renewals occur automatically at the end of each cycle unless manually disabled at least 24 hours beforehand.
